yoga lesson one.

It’s time to understand what yoga promises. Nothing less than a clear mind. That seems worthy enough.

But wait, there’s more.

It also promises union with the divine.

And a revelation that you are that.

Because… you are. The source of everything lives through you. That source loves through you.

You exist in the heart of God.

My intention here is to share what my teachers and guides have shared with me… and to invite you to share more broadly. I’m grateful to Gary Kraftsow, Juris Zinsberg, and the various manifestations of consciousness who come along to show me how powerfully connected we all are.

Let’s see what we learn together.
