Why are little blessings essential right now?

Because it’s always time to cultivate nice, meaningful thoughts. We become nice and meaningful when we say them and share them.

The antidote for darkness is light. The remedy for negativity is our choice to become positive. The treatment for all the inertia of bummer our there is intentional and authentic love. What if we become an interrupting force of authentic kindness and care?

Please subscribe to get full access to these little blessings, for free, always. If you’re feeling spendy, you’re also welcome to become a paid subscriber as a gesture of goodwill and support. Or, buy me a book! Your contribution helps me help others. We all become blessings. Plus, those who contribute are invited to seasonal online common ground retreats.

Think of this little blessings project as a bear hug, a whoop of encouragement, a gentle hand in yours. My prayer is that everyone here discovers something nice to share with family, a friend, a stranger who could use a good word.

That’s how we grow stronger together. We find our purpose together, in connection. We see each other— in the ways we struggle and thrive. We hear each other— even the unsaid.

Let’s bravely say good things… even when we aren’t sure. Let’s open our ears to good things… and delight in life’s beautiful songs.

It’s always a practice…

Shifting our perspective toward the nourishing parts of life takes practice.

We earn our comfort; we earn our peace. We become the blessing.
