My dear friends and yogis… welcome back. You are so lovely to offer your patience. I apologize for the delay in bringing out the second part of lesson six. As God wills, right? Maybe this extra time is just what we all needed to absorb the complexity of the yoga cosmology. Or, more honestly, it was time needed to accommodate a bit of travel to be with my mom.
Whatever! Here we are, and I appreciate you.
I’d like to give a special shout-out to those dear travelers who came along on for a Yoga Sutra adventure through the start of the year.
I called it the Caravan because we all got to meet to walk together along a shared path for a little bit. Together, we looked into the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, especially with reference to how we end some behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and actions that get in the way of our connection to ourselves, life, God— and how we begin again with true aim.
I look forward to another Caravan forming and I invite you, well in advance, to contemplate joining our next session. This time, we’ll meet on Fridays, 9:30am PDT/12:30 EDT, starting April 10. Six weeks. Topic: The Yamas & Niyamas: Our Practices to Find Meaning. Please send me a note to reserve your spot.
